Cette étude du CERI fait le point sur résultats de la recherche en matière de formation initiale et continue des enseignants. L'organisme s'interroge sur les difficultés auxquelles doivent faire face les enseignants dans les pays de l'OCDE et présente les pratiques utilisées en fonction des contextes divers. Le rôle clé de l'évaluation des enseignants, des écoles et des systèmes d'enseignement est mis en avant. L'étude montre comment ces données peuvent influencer les prochaines réformes éducatives et l'amélioration de l'école.
