Επειδή με είχε ρωτήσει και η Τόνια τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα για την αρχική έγκριση είναι:

2. Περίληψη της ανακοίνωσης
3. Σύμβαση Έργου με το Πανεπιστήμιο
Το τελευταίο έγγραφο δεν υπήρχε στο παρελθόν (τουλάχιστον τα 2 προηγούμενα έτη).
Οπότε δεν ισχύει πλέον ότι αυτομάτως όλοι οι υπ. διδάκτορες μπορούν να στηριχθούν οικονομικά για να εκπροσωπήσουν με ανακοίνωση το πανεπιστήμιό τους σε κάποιο διεθνές συνέδριο.

Περί γερμανικών διδακτορικών (κι όχι μόνο)....
Ελευθεροτυπία, Πέμπτη 27 Αυγούστου 2009 Γερμανία: σάλος με το εμπόριο διδακτορικών τίτλων σε φοιτητές Ενα σκάνδαλο αγοραπωλησίας διδακτορικών τίτλων συγκλονίζει τη Γερμανία, αμαυρώνοντας την εικόνα πανεπιστημιακών σχολών σε μια χώρα που τρέφει ιδιαίτερη εκτίμηση για τις ακαδημαϊκές διακρίσεις. Κάπου 100 καθηγητές πανεπιστημίων από όλη τη χώρα θεωρούνται ύποπτοι δωροδοκίας, με σκοπό τη διευκόλυνση της απονομής διδακτορικών τίτλων σε μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές. Οπως αποκάλυψε το περιοδικό «Focus» και επιβεβαίωσε η εισαγγελία της Κολονίας που διεξάγει τη σχετική έρευνα, πρόκειται για καθηγητές όλων των τομέων, που μεταξύ άλλων διδάσκουν σε Πολυτεχνεία, σε Σχολές Ιατρικής, Νομικής και Οικονομικών Επιστημών. Το σκάνδαλο πλήττει μερικά από τα πιο έγκριτα πανεπιστημιακά ιδρύματα της χώρας, όπως αυτά του Τούμπινγκεν, του Λάιπτσιχ, της Ιένας και του ελεύθερου Πανεπιστημίου του Βερολίνου. Η υπόθεση ξεκίνησε από μια έρευνα και κατάσχεση στα γραφεία ιδιωτικής εταιρείας κοντά στην Κολωνία, η οποία λειτουργούσε ως μεσάζων μεταξύ καθηγητών και φοιτητών. Οι καθηγητές έπαιρναν περίπου 4.000 ευρώ από την εταιρεία για να «βοηθήσουν» τους φοιτητές να συντάξουν τη διατριβή τους κι εν συνεχεία να πάρουν τον τίτλο. Οι φοιτητές από την πλευρά τους πλήρωναν στην εταιρεία για τις υπηρεσίες τη! ς έως και 20.000 ευρώ. Οι ειδικοί περιγράφουν τις περίπου 100 περιπτώσεις που ανακαλύφθηκαν ως «κορυφή του παγόβουνου», ενώ η Ομοσπονδία Γερμανικών Πανεπιστημιακών Σχολών απειλεί να αφαιρέσει τους διδακτορικούς τίτλους όσων δωροδόκησαν καθηγητές για να τους αποκτήσουν. Στη Γερμανία, ο τίτλος τού «διδάκτορος» χαίρει υψηλής εκτίμησης, σε βαθμό που να αναφέρεται συστηματικά πριν από το όνομα του κατόχου. Σε πολλές γερμανικές επιχειρήσεις, ο τίτλος θεωρείται απαραίτητος για την ανέλιξη κάποιου στην κορυφή της ιεραρχίας, ενώ μελέτες έχουν δείξει ότι οι κάτοχοι διδακτορικών τίτλων έχουν κατά κανόνα υψηλότερες αποδοχές από συναδέλφους τους σε αντίστοιχες θέσεις. On November 23-26, 2009, an international symposium on
"PISA examination. Changing knowledge, changing tests and changing schools"
will be held at the island of La Palma, Canary Islands, organized by CESE
(Comparative Education Society in Europe. Relevant scholars and

PISA reports for today's educational systems, their approaches and

"PISA examination. Changing knowledge, changing tests and changing schools"
will be held at the island of La Palma, Canary Islands, organized by CESE
(Comparative Education Society in Europe. Relevant scholars and
specialists from Europe and America will discuss the consequences of the
PISA reports for today's educational systems, their approaches and
methodologies, as well as the implications of this programme plans to
reform secondary education, the challenges imposed by PISA to the
definitions and policies related to school knowledge.
